Cloud that scales
without surprising
your CFO.

AWS, Azure and GCP migrations, infrastructure-as-code, container orchestration, and 24/7 platform operations — engineered with the cost discipline African enterprises actually need.

What's included
  • Pre-migration assessment & cost model
  • Architecture for AWS, Azure or GCP
  • Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform / Pulumi)
  • Containerisation & Kubernetes
  • CI/CD pipelines & automated rollback
  • Cost-aware autoscaling & FinOps
  • 24/7 managed operations (optional)
Why us

Cloud done right keeps getting cheaper.

Many cloud migrations end up costing more than the on-prem environment they replaced. That's not a cloud problem — it's an architecture problem. We design for cost discipline from sprint zero.

Our managed cloud customers see average cloud spend drop 30–40% year-over-year as workloads mature, autoscaling tightens, and reserved capacity replaces on-demand.

01

Cost-aware from day one

Right-sized instances, autoscaling, reserved instances, savings plans — built into the IaC, not retrofitted in panic three months in.

02

Multi-cloud literate

Genuine experience on AWS, Azure and GCP — including the ability to recommend you stay on one rather than chase multi-cloud for its own sake.

03

Locality-aware

We use af-south-1 (Cape Town), me-central-1, and edge POPs in Nairobi to minimise latency for African users — not us-east-1 by default.

04

Zero-downtime migrations

Strangler-fig migrations, blue-green deploys, and traffic-shadowing — production users keep working while the underlying infrastructure changes.

Capabilities

What we build.

From greenfield platform to legacy data-centre lift-and-shift.

Cloud migration

Assessment, target architecture, migration waves, cutover. Zero-downtime patterns for systems that can't go offline.

Architecture design

Greenfield cloud-native architectures, well-architected reviews, multi-region resilience, disaster recovery planning.

Containers & Kubernetes

EKS, AKS, GKE, self-managed Kubernetes — plus simpler container platforms when Kubernetes is overkill.

Infrastructure-as-Code

Terraform, Pulumi, AWS CDK — every environment defined in code, reproducible, peer-reviewed, audited.

FinOps & cost optimisation

Cost dashboards, budget alerts, rightsizing reviews, reserved-instance strategy, anomaly detection.

24/7 managed ops

SRE on call, observability with Datadog / Grafana / OpenTelemetry, incident response, post-mortems.

How we work

From data centre to cloud.

Three executable phases — refined across dozens of enterprise migrations.

01

Assess & design

Application inventory, dependency mapping, target architecture, cost model. We end this phase with a phased migration plan and a confidence interval on the total cost.

Phase2 – 6 weeks
02

Migrate & modernise

Wave-by-wave migration with traffic-shadowing and rollback plans. Modernisation (containerisation, refactor) where it pays off — lift-and-shift where it doesn't.

Phase3 – 12 months
03

Operate & optimise

24/7 ops, observability, security hardening, ongoing FinOps reviews. Cloud spend drops 30–40% in the first year as the system tightens.

FAQ

Buyer questions.

The questions enterprise buyers ask before migrating.

Which cloud do you recommend?
Honest answer: it depends. AWS for the broadest service catalogue. Azure if you're heavy on Microsoft licensing. GCP for data-and-AI heavy workloads. We assess your specific stack and recommend — and we'll defend the recommendation against vendor pressure.
How long does a typical cloud migration take?
Mid-size enterprise migrations typically run 6–12 months from assessment to cutover. Smaller, single-application migrations can ship in 6–10 weeks. We deliver in waves so production benefit starts early.
Will cloud actually be cheaper?
Honestly: not always immediately. Cloud done badly is more expensive than well-run on-prem. Cloud done well — with right-sized resources, autoscaling, reserved capacity and FinOps discipline — saves 30–40% by year two. We'll model both scenarios upfront so you decide with the numbers.
Can you handle data sovereignty / DPA compliance?
Yes. We architect for the Kenya Data Protection Act, including data residency requirements where applicable, encryption at rest and in transit, and audit logging that meets ODPC expectations.
What does 24/7 ops actually include?
On-call SRE coverage, observability stack, incident response with named SLA, monthly reliability reviews, security patching, cost reviews, and quarterly architecture audits. The full operations stack — not just "we'll restart it if it crashes."
