Mohamud and Alexander founded Augusta in 2017 — combining a decade each of enterprise engineering, technical architecture, and operational leadership across East Africa.
Mohamud Ali
Mohamud leads Augusta's overall direction, customer relationships, and the long-term partnerships that distinguish the firm. He spends most of his calendar with the customers we already have rather than the ones we're chasing.
Alexander Pedro
Alexander owns Augusta's engineering bar — architecture, code review standards, and the technical decisions that keep our systems running clean five years after delivery. He still personally reviews every architecture decision record.
Tariq Talal
Tariq runs Augusta's operations — finance, delivery, partnerships, and the boring, indispensable work of making sure 100+ specialists ship on time. The reason engagements run quietly.
