Why us

When SAP, Oracle, NetSuite are the wrong answer.

Off-the-shelf ERPs work great when your business looks like the vendor's largest customer. They're a tax when it doesn't. We build custom ERP for organisations whose process doesn't fit the package — but who are too large for QuickBooks.

Hampton Construction's ERP unifies nine sites and the head office. NACONEK's ERP serves fourteen counties with audit-ready reporting. Both are Augusta-built. Both still pass audit.

01

Process-first

We map your actual process before we build a single screen. The ERP follows the work — not the other way round. No more "we changed our process to fit the software."

02

You own the system

Source code, schema, deployment artifacts — yours from day one. No per-seat licensing, no annual price hikes, no lock-in.

03

Kenya-fluent

KRA iTax integration, eTIMS, IFRS, NSSF, NHIF, M-Pesa reconciliation, multi-county reporting. The local plumbing every East African ERP needs, working out of the box.

04

Audit-ready

Every transaction traceable, every privilege change logged, every approval recorded. OAG-ready reporting for public-sector deployments. Customer audits pass on the first attempt.

Modules

What we build.

Six standard ERP modules — combined into the configuration your business needs.

Finance & accounting

GL, AP, AR, fixed assets, multi-entity, multi-currency, IFRS-compliant. KRA iTax and eTIMS integration as standard.

HR & payroll

Employee records, leave, payroll with NHIF / NSSF / PAYE deductions, performance reviews, onboarding workflows.

Procurement

Requisitions, RFQs, PO workflows, vendor management, three-way matching, public-procurement compliance for government engagements.

Inventory & warehouse

Multi-location stock, batch / serial tracking, barcode and RFID, mobile picking, cycle counts, integration with shipping.

CRM & sales

Pipeline, quotes, contracts, customer service tickets, integration with marketing automation and accounting.

Reporting & BI

Real-time dashboards for the C-suite, audit-ready reports for governance, scheduled exports for regulators.

How we work

From spreadsheet to enterprise system.

Three phases. We deliver finance and HR live in 6–8 months.

01

Discover & design

Process workshops with each function, current-state audit, target-state design. We end with a phased deployment plan and a finance-grade business case.

Phase4 – 8 weeks
02

Build & pilot

Module-by-module build with a pilot user group on each release. Finance first, then HR/payroll, then procurement and inventory. Demos every Friday.

Phase4 – 9 months
03

Roll-out & support

Site-by-site roll-out, training, change management, post-go-live support. Optional managed operations or your team takes it from here.

Phase2 – 4 months
FAQ

Buyer questions.

The questions ERP buyers ask before signing.

Should we buy SAP / Oracle / Microsoft Dynamics instead?
Sometimes. We'll honestly assess that for you in a vendor-neutral selection process. Custom ERP is the right answer when your processes don't fit the standard package, when total cost of ownership over 5 years favours custom, or when your scale is too small for enterprise SaaS.
How long does an ERP project take?
Finance + HR can ship in 6–8 months. Full ERP across finance, HR, procurement, and inventory typically runs 9–14 months. We deliver in waves so each function is live and useful before the next one ships.
Will it integrate with KRA iTax / eTIMS?
Yes — both. iTax for monthly tax filings, eTIMS for transactional invoicing. Our integrations are production-tested and we maintain them as KRA evolves the API.
What about data migration from our existing system?
Included. Whether you're coming from QuickBooks, Sage, Tally, Excel or a legacy custom system — we'll plan the migration, validate the data, and run parallel operation through the first month-end so finance signs off.
What about ongoing support?
Three options after go-live: a clean handover to your in-house IT team, a managed support retainer (named SLA, monthly reporting), or an embedded engagement (a small Augusta squad stays for ongoing iteration).
