04Customer engagements

These Terms govern your use of the website only. Customer engagements with Augusta — software development, advisory, managed services — are governed additionally by:

• A signed Master Services Agreement (MSA) setting out the legal framework for the relationship.
• One or more Statements of Work (SOW) defining the specific deliverables, timelines, and fees.
• A Data Processing Addendum (DPA) where personal data is processed on the customer's behalf.

In the event of conflict between these website Terms and a signed engagement agreement, the engagement agreement prevails.

05No warranty for website content

The website and its content are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We strive for accuracy but do not warrant that:

• The site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
• All published information is current at the moment you read it.
• Articles published in our blog are advice tailored to your situation. They are not.

This disclaimer applies only to the website; warranties relating to delivered services are governed by the signed engagement agreement, not by these Terms.

06Limitation of liability
